When University Hospitals in Cleveland set out to improve its intranet, the team hadn’t yet realized the impact a broader digital workplace could have. In the course of developing a long-term roadmap for the health system's digital workplace, the team tackled research, governance, technical assessment, content migration, plus UX and launch planning. The July launch represents the first step toward realizing a strong vision.

Follow their road-mapping experience and learn how to:

  • Use research to establish direction that supports business objectives
  • Develop a strong and lasting governance model
  • Be flexible in content migration
  • Engage IT in assessing technical components
  • Leverage UX testing for a better user experience
